We respect the privacy and wishes of our Members and Guests. We hope over time you will Trust us enough that you will provide the information necessary to help us help you achieve your reward goals with uTANGO.

Simplicity – Life is complicated enough. We will do our best to keep things as simple as possible. At times we will have to communicate some hard to understand concepts but we will provide tools and information that will help make the process as easy as possible. We will also do our very best to deliver clear, honest, straightforward communications.

Relevance – We will strive to keep what we provide through uTANGO relevant and important. We will learn over time what matters to you and what doesn’t. This will help us deliver information, reminders, tools, resources and offers that matter to you. You can help us by providing answers to quarterly surveys and by keeping your Member Profile complete and up to date.  This way we can help you achieve your annual Points goal with as little effort as possible.

Value – The reason you joined was to achieve extraordinary LifeStage Rewards and our goal is to deliver them to you.  We will deliver valuable offers where you can earn Points in ways that fit your everyday LifeStage. In order for uTANGO to deliver these offers we need you to remain an active, committed member of uTANGO. So, please check the website and your TANGOTracker often, read your email, respond to offers, and start your shopping at uTANGO.
