What is the TANGO Tracker?

The TANGO Tracker and Goal Status pages are designed to help Members see how their Points earnings are tracking towards their Cash goals ($50 up to $800) and/or their LifeStage Rewards Plan goals.

Your TANGO Tracker is a quick view of the goal you are working towards in this current period. You can always get more detail on your progress by clicking the ‘How am I doing?’ link at the bottom to go to the Goal Status page.

1) Current Goal Glimpse

This slot will always show your current goal summary. If you are a Single or Engaged Member, it will show your Cash Reward Goal. For Married Members it will show your Annual Plan Goal for the current period until that goal is complete, when it will flip to your Annual Cash Goal so you can see how to continue earning rewards.

2) You Have/You Need/Days Left

For the current goal, 'You Have' is your lifetime Points (Pts) balance. 'You Need' represents the remaining Points needed to meet the Points target for your current goal. 'Days Left' tells you how much time you have remaining in this period to meet the target.

In this example, Brad and Janet are Married Members working to hit their Annual Plan Goal of 60,000 Pts. They are working towards a 30-year Rewards Plan of $500,000. They currently have 15,630 Pts and need to earn another 44,370 Pts by their next Anniversary, which is 255 days away, in order to meet their Annual Plan Goal.

When Members join as or change their status to Married, uTANGO automatically aligns the start of their next program period with their Wedding Anniversary so that every year the Plan Years always coincide with their real Anniversary.

3) Goal Status Indicators

A visual indicator of your progress in earned Points in this period towards the target. Annual Cash Goals show how your Points are working towards the four cash targets in each period. Annual Plan Goals show a progress bar that grows in proportion to your earned Points. The color of both status indicators are based on how you are keeping pace with the average earning rate necessary to meet the target. Green is ahead of pace, Yellow is falling behind, and Red is significantly behind. The Goal Detail pages will give more information on what you need do to catch up to the Points target.

In Brad & Janet’s example, their 15,630 Pts balance is just over a quarter of the Points needed for the 60,000 Pts target. They are Green right now because they are ahead of the pace necessary to meet the target. If they continue to earn Points at the same rate, they will complete Year 1 of the $500,000 Rewards Plan, earn a $100 Activation Bonus and a $100 Annual Cash Reward for this $500,000 Plan. They can continue earning $100 Cash Rewards for every additional 60,000 Pts they earn in this period.

4) Plan Progress

Plan Progress represents the potential value currently building towards the Member's LifeStage Rewards Plan Goal. While Single and Engaged Members can earn Annual Cash Rewards and build up a Points balance to apply once they are married, only Married Members are eligible to select a Rewards Plan and thus see the Plan Progress.

In Brad & Janet’s example they already have built $3,845.90 towards their $500,000 goal in just a few months in the program. The LifeStage Rewards Plan Progress is always incrementing upwards based on the accumulated Points Balance against the Plan Year targets and the time spent in the program. If Brad and Janet switched their Selected Plan, their Plan Progress value would be changed.

5) Selected Rewards Plan

This element reiterates which LifeStage Rewards Plan the Member selected. Members can change their Plan Selection any time up to the point they have enough Points to Activate their current selection. Married Members select from the $250,000, $500,000, or $1 million Rewards Plan. Brad & Janet are on the $500,000 Rewards Plan. See Plan Selection Help for more details.

6) Referral Bonuses

All members, whether Single, Engaged or Married, can use uTANGO’s Refer-A-Friend program to earn a $1,000 Referral Bonus for each new member registration. Members can earn credit from up to 500 friends and add up to $500,000 to their 30 year LifeStage Reward Plan payout. Brad & Janet already added $7,000 to their Reward Plan from having 7 friends register through their Guest Shopping Link or their Refer-A-Friend invitations.
