If you are unsure of what your baby's gender will be, when setting up baby's room, consider painting the nursery walls in a neutral color such as yellow or green. Whichever color you choose, keep it in a soothing shade. A popular compromise is a sage color, which translates on your walls as a verdant and peaceful color that evokes the outdoors. As you near the end of your pregnancy and your baby grows larger, s/he will be generating a lot of heat. Your basal metabolic rate can increase up to 20 percent.
